Dr. Ichak Kalderon Adizes
Founder and President of the Adizes Institute

Dr. Ichak Kalderon Adizes is a world-renowned author and business consultant. He has published 14 books, and his work has been translated into twenty-four languages. For his contributions to management theory and practice, Dr. Adizes has been awarded 14 honorary doctorate degrees and two honorary citizenships.

He has been a tenured faculty member at UCLA; a Visiting Professor at Stanford, Tel Aviv and Hebrew universities; and was on the teaching staff of Columbia University Executive Programs, New York City. He was also the Dean of the Adizes Graduate School for the Study of Leadership and Change; and serves as the Academic Advisor to the Graduate School of Management of the Academy of National Economy of the Russian Federation.

Dr. Adizes has lectured in four languages to more than 100,000 executives in fifty-two countries. He has consulted to Prime Ministers and members of the Cabinet and Parliament in dozens of countries, and to every kind of business organization, from startups to some of the Fortune One Hundred.

Dr. Adizes resides in Santa Barbara, California, with his family. In his leisure time, he loves folk dancing, plays the accordion, and practices meditation.

Shoham Adizes
Director of Training & Certification of the Adizes Institute

Mr. Shoham Adizes regularly presents advanced concepts of the Adizes Methodology to executives and CEOs around the world and consults to many major organizations, both for profit and not–for-profit, to facilitate their organizational change program.

Having studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder and Oxford University, U.K. , Mr. Adizes graduated in 1999 with a B.S. in Business.

He began his work at the Adizes Institute as an assistant to Dr. Ichak Adizes, CEO/Founder of the Adizes Institute. Mr. Adizes travelled and studied with Dr. Adizes, attending his lectures and consultations with various organizations all over the world. This provided him with an in-depth understanding of the Adizes Methodology, preparing him to become the youngest Associate at the Adizes Institute.

In 2003, enriching his business experience, Mr. Adizes founded his own start-up organization, called Energy Reclaim, which provided high consumers of electricity with energy saving devices in conjunction with the California Public Utility Commission Rebate Program. This venture provided invaluable knowledge of the problems and opportunities of managing a business at various stages of the corporate lifecycle.

Armed with a personal understanding of how to apply the Adizes Methodology, he returned to the Institute in 2007.

Dmitry Chichikalyuk
Adizes Associate

Mr. Dmitry Chichikalyuk began his study of the Adizes Methodology in 2009. He was certified as an Adizes Symbergetic Consultant™ in 2011after completing an internship at the Adizes Institute in Russia. As an intern, he assisted senior associates in coordinating their consulting projects in Russia and managed his personal consulting assignments as well.

During this time, he was qualified as an Instructor of Adizes Symbergetic™ Management Theory to teach courses on the conceptual foundations of the Adizes Methodology.

After studying in St. Petersburg State Technical University, he started his career as a software developer.  After that, he held different managerial positions primarily in IT companies. Before joining the Adizes Institute, Dmitry was the Development Director in an international telecommunications company. He has an extensive experience in business-process engineering, quality management, implementing KPI systems, designing and implementation of corporate-scale planning and budgeting systems, and project management according to PMI standards.

He regularly presents the concepts of the Adizes Symbergetic™ Management Theory at conferences and other public events. Also, he does public and in-corporate lectures and trainings, as well as leadership and managerial development programs that are based on the Adizes Methodology.

Pavel Golenchenko
Vice President of Business Operations,  Adizes Institute

Pavel Golenchenko is the Chief Financial Officer at the Adizes Institute and a Certified Associate. As the CFO, he oversees financial functions for the Adizes Institute’s many international offices. As a Certified Associate, he regularly presents advanced concepts on the Adizes Methodology to Executives and CEO’s around the world. He also delivers consulting services for Adizes clients globally, facilitating their organizational change program.

Having studied at the University of Colorado, USA, and the Belarusian State University, Belarus, Pavel graduated in 1999 having earned a Master of Science degree in Management with a focus on marketing of high-tech products. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, as well as an International Executive MBA from the Bled School of Management, Slovenia.

Pavel began his work with the Adizes Institute in 2007 when he established Adizes Belarus, the first Adizes office in the Russian-speaking world. He was one of the primary trainers at the Adizes Academy of Management where he trained hundreds of university professors in the Adizes Methodology. His exceptional ability to present Adizes concepts contributed to the addition of Adizes courses into the management education programs of countless academic institutions. In 2010, having recognized Pavel’s aptitude for delivering Adizes services in both Russian and English, the Adizes Institute, headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, selected Pavel for further development. Since then, he has been working throughout the Adizes network.

Prior to joining the Adizes Institute, Pavel worked for five years as CEO of the IPM Business School, a leading provider of executive training and development programs in Belarus. He also worked as a marketing manager for BelABM, an IT integrator and distributor.

Pavel is married, has two children, and currently resides in Santa Barbara, California.

Mr. Zvezdan Horvat
President, Adizes Southeast Europe, Professional Director for Eastern Europe

Zvezdan Horvat has twenty years of experience deploying the Adizes Methodology within organizations around the world (USA, Great Britain, China, Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus and other countries in South East Europe region). He received the prestigious, “Associate of the Year” Award from the Adizes Institute in 2004 and 2008. He has published more than seventy articles on change management and is often recruited to share his expertise. He is an experienced speaker and has delivered Adizes related lectures for audiences up to 1000 people; he counts these events among of his greatest achievements. In 2009, he was the keynote speaker at the Oxford Summit of Leaders on Crisis and Corporate Responsibility.

His expertise in Adizes methodology is especially connected to organizational structure design and creating profit tracking and accountability systems. His last position includes professional development of Adizes consultants in Russia and Ukraine.

He has consulting experience in many leading companies in the United States as well as in the Eastern Europe region.  Among his clients are many small and medium size companies.

Oleksiy Kapusta
Director of Publishing,  Adizes Institute, Country Manager for Adizes Institute in Ukraine

Mr. Oleksiy Kapusta, since 1997, is the founder and managing director of Standart Publishing house – the biggest and most sustainable company that publishes professional B2B magazines in the field of Marketing and Management in Ukraine and Russia.

He is the journalist by education and the holder of an MBA degree from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (Kiev, Ukraine).

Mr. Kapusta has a personal interest in time-management and manager’s efficiency. In 2009, he launched corporate trainings in the above-mentioned fields as a business extension of his hobby.

In 2010, he became a trainer in the Adizes methodology. The following year, he became the Country Manager for the Adizes Institute in Ukraine. In 2012 he was certified as an Adizes Associate, and accepted the appointment of Director of Publishing for the Adizes Institute.

Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas
Dean of Adizes Graduate School, Vice President for Western Europe and Baltics of the Adizes Institute

Virginijus Kundrotas is Doctor of Social Sciences (Education). In addition to his work with Adizes, he is the President of the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA), Vice-president of Central and East European Management Development Association (CEEMAN); Member of Editorial Board of Baltic Journal of Management (UK), member of International Scientific Committee of the EDUNIVERSAL Official selection of World Business Schools (France), Member of the Board of Trustees of International Academy of Business (Kazakhstan), Board member of Lithuanian Free Market Institute, VilNews Magazine, Panevėžys College and other institutions.

Dr. Kundrotas is also the Founding President of ISM University of Management and Economics, Lithuania performed in this position from 1999 till 2008.

He permanently chairs the International Expert teams on the evaluation of study programs in economics and business administration at Latvian universities and institutions of higher education, and serves as an expert of EPAS, CEEMAN, and the Lithuanian Higher Education Quality Evaluation Center.

Dr. Kundrotas is a Founding President of Kauno Tauro Rotary club, member of Vilnius International Club.

He has written seventeen scientific publications and reports, published nationally and internationally, and authored the textbook Business Ethics (1999, 2002, 2006). His interests are Business Ethics, Corporate Responsibility and Leadership.

Shimon Rojany
Adizes Principal Associate

Mr. Rojany is a Principal Associate with over twenty years of consulting experience with the Adizes Institute. He focuses on the development of organizational mission and vision, the design and implementation of organizational structures, and the design and monitoring of managerial and financial accountability systems. His work has taken him all over the world and across many globally diversified industries. He has also trained many consultants and executives in various areas of financial and managerial disciplines. Mr. Rojany has work with the Adizes Institute since 1991 except for 2008-2009 (CIM Group) and 2000-2003 (ClickSoftware).

Mr. Rojany served as interim Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of CIM group, a multibillion real estate investment and management company. This position grew out a consulting engagement for CIM.

Mr. Rojany is a co-founder of ClickSoftware (CKSW), a global service chain optimization software company where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rojany and ClickSoftware’s CEO took the company through a public offering in 2000.

In 1987 Mr. Rojany co-founded Ariel Investments, Inc. a real estate investment firm.Ariel Investments was involved in residential and commercial development in California.

Mr. Rojany has also served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lowe Enterprises, Inc. a real estate development and asset management company. He managed the financial and administrative affairs of numerous related and affiliated entities.

Mr. Rojany practiced with the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and left public accounting as an audit manager.

Concurrently with his employment at Coppers & Lybrand, Mr. Rojany lectured on accounting, finance and management related topics at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Mr. Rojany is a former CPA. He earned an MBA in Management Decision Systems from the University of Southern California (Beta Gamma Sigma), and a B.Sc. degree in accounting California State University, Northridge (Magna Cum Laude).

Mr. Kjetil Sandermoen
Principal Associate

Mr. Kjetil Sandermoen is an academic and management consultant. He has facilitated major change programs in companies leading to vastly improved business performance through his work with CEO’s and senior management teams. He has provided his consulting services all over the world to over a hundred varied-sized companies in both the private and the public sector.

He has extensive experience implementing the Adizes Methodology within organizations. He was first certified in 1989. As the managing director of Adizes Scandinavia, he played a key role in the development of the Adizes network in Europe.

In addition to his consulting work, he was the founding investor and principal owner of the University of Fredericton, a fully designated Canadian degree-granting university.

Mr. Sandermoen earned his degree in Economics from Karlstad University in Sweden. He is fluent in Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, English and German. Currently, he is lives in Denmark with his wife and 2 children.

Mr. Boris Vukić
Principal Adizes Associate, Co-founder and Partner of Adizes South East Europe

Mr. Vukic was first introduced to the Adizes Methodology September 1994. He was promptly trained and then Certified in phases I, II, and III in February 1997. Over the past 20 years, he has provided services to over 100 companies.

He specializes in integrating teams of key managers to solve organizational transformation problems, coaching owners and founders through the transition process from entrepreneurship to professional management and the transfer of practical knowledge, tools and management wisdom to young professionals wanting to try their hand at managing.
